Q.How long does it take from ordering to delivery?
A.The number of days it takes to arrive varies depending on the destination area.

Customers who order from overseas using WorldShoppingBIZ may take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month to ship due to export procedures.

Q.How much is the shipping charge?
A.We will change the delivery method and shipping fee depending on the quantity and size of the ordered items.

Q.I don't have a credit card, can I make purchases?

Q.Do you offer overseas shipping?
A.If you would like to have your item shipped overseas, we can do so through our purchasing agent service, World Shopping Biz.

Q.Do you accept invoices?
A.The above receipt will be your invoice. The issue period is 3 months from the date of purchase.

Q.My order was suddenly canceled. Why?
A. In the following cases, we may cancel your reservation without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
